Our Client located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast are a progressive Commercial law firm who practice in the areas of Commercial Law,
Corporate Advisory, Financial Services, Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation. Our Client is well known in the local district and
is passionate about their community in addition to looking after their valued and extensive Clientele.
The successful Candidate will primarily work with the firm's Managing Director on a range of Commercial matters such as M&A
transactions, Capital raising, Commercial Leasing and lending, general Commercial Contract review and drafting. You will also have the
opportunity to gain some experience in Intellectual Property law.
