IPSWICH: Property Lawyer

Multi-connected law firm based within the Ipswich area is seeking an experienced senior Property Lawyer to join their expanding team. This is a new position.
Our Client is a highly regarded Ipswich business and law practice - creating new opportunities within the business / legal / financial industry.
It is envisaged that you have a minimum of 5 years PAE working in the Property and Commercial area of practice, our Client will consider less post admission experience if you have had previous Property exposure prior to your admission. You will manage their Property section, supervise their Conveyancing team and look to grow their Commercial and Succession areas within the firm. You will have management of your own files working in Property and Commercial transactions, and report directly to the Principal.
